Software Support

Through a valid software support agreement, all rtSoftware customers receive free of charge updates encompassing the latest functionality from the development team. The agreement also provides access to the support department at rtSoftware. For this there is a range of options as outlined below to meet your exact requirements:

Bronze - minimum email and fax support based on 48 hour response. Includes software updates.
Silver - email access to support desk with a 4hr response during working hours. Includes software updates.
Gold - Telephone access to support desk with by return response during working hours. Includes software updates.
On-Site Gold - 24/7 on site support, intended for short periods when the customer is undertaking critical programme production. The consultant will be on site with a complete spare system.

Silver support is included for customers taking annual Right to Use licences, this can be upgraded to Gold or On-Site Gold on request.
